"I have lived in Highpoint apartments for about a year. The management is very friendly and super willing to fix any maintenance issues right away. That said, there are rarely any issues because the apartments are so new and well kept. It is also nice to have free access to the pool and fitness room as well as washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartments. The location was great too because you are just a couple blocks from the grocery store and a short drive from Highway 163 and an hour from Des Moines. I drive a half an hour to work, but it is worth it to live in such a beautiful apartment complex with all the amenities!"
